To my sports creatives out there….I’ve seen your post of support but its gonna take your support and voices ON the field as well! I ask that you advocate for your creatives of color in both men and women! Nobody is asking for a handout, but we are asking for a fair chance when it comes to being considered for opportunities! We are constantly reminded by the numerous creative team photos posted after every major sporting event that the diversity gap is a huge gap! So with that being said, when you ask how can you help……..start by looking around your crews and asking are we making the effort to seek out and utilize creatives of color! Our eye, our cameras and our diverse backgrounds allow us to provide our viewers with a variety of perspectives! #sportsphotographer #creativesinsports
