From 12th on the grid we gambled on strategy, took the lead and looked to be sitting pretty as the only GTD car not to need a fuel stop when a full-course-yellow period was declared with an hour to go. Unfortunately a rear-brake issue meant eight laps in the pits and dropped the #66 JG Wentworth Honda Racing/HPD Acura NSX GT3 Evo 22 to 11th; not the result Sheena Monk, Katherine Legge or the team deserved.
