WE FINISHED! Twelfth place in GTD - three laps down - shouldn't sound like much of an achievement at the 12 Hours of Sebring, but given that our #66 JG Wentworth HPD Acura NSX GT3 Evo was basically being held together by cable ties by the end due to taking multiple hits, trust us, we feel pretty proud (if a little drained). Katherine brought the car home after being denied three separate wave-by instructions that would have brought her back onto the lead lap; both Marc and Sheena having done their bit earlier in the race. We had gone three laps down when IMSA instructed us to pit to have external lights fitted for the night running, believing that driving with just one working headlight after earlier contact, posed a risk to our fellow competitors' safety. It was a gap we just couldn't reduce. Focus will shift to Long Beach soon enough.
