I’ve got a lot of work to do before the #FreeThrowChallenge on August 17th & 18th. Matt Bostic (mattybostic), the Birmingham Squadron Chaplain, and his son are attempting to break the world record for most free throws made in 24 hours. 😳 Back in 2006, Matt Bostic set the record for most 3-point shots made in 24 hours. In 2017, he set the record for most free throws made in 24 hours with 20,500 free throws made. In August, Matt and his son will attempt to break the father/son free throw record benefiting the Life House Prison Ministry.
