Congratulations to Akela Jones for finishing 20th in her first Olympic Heptathlon! This was her sixth heptathlon ever. She placed with 6,173 points in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday. Tonight, two former K-State athletes, Beverly Ramos in the marathon and Erik Kynard in the high jump qualifiers, will compete.
