Truth: I don't like my body right now.
I'm actually very annoyed with it because I've been dealing with painful and excessive bloating. Being swollen and in pain the majority of the time is not fun.
It means I can't eat most of the foods I love without stomach pain.
So yeah, I don't like my body right now.
The good news is liking my body isn't a requirement to show my
#bodyrespect.
Yeah I'm pissed that I can't really eat my ramen 😩 but I respect my body enough to leave that off my menu while my tummy heals.
When you respect your body, you can give it nutrition it needs, move without it being a punishment, and
#pursuehealth without feeling guilty or experiencing

Respecting your body is waaay more important then loving it all the time.
