Last week the John Glenn Civic Leadership Community returned to Washington D.C. for the first time since 2019! Our 15 students had an amazing time exploring D.C. and enjoyed the opportunity to meet and engage with members of Congress, WAIP alumni, and Glenn College alumni. Thank you to Congressman Carey, Congresswoman Beatty, Congressman Balderson, and Senator Portman's office for meeting with our students. Also, thank you to Katy Hogan, Megan Varn, and WAIP for letting us tag along on the study tour with Greg Schultz. We can't wait to be back in Washington next year!
