Dolly Parton visited Overland Park on Monday to celebrate the full implementation of the Imagination Library in Kansas. Starting this summer every child in the state up to the age of 5 can receive a free book every month by mail. Earlier this year, Kansas lawmakers approved $1.5 million in funds to expand the imaginationlibrary statewide.
