Are you hungry for some hot pot, Kansas City? 🍲 A Korean chain with restaurants across the country has now opened its first area location in Overland Park, as part of an expansion across the Midwest. The new KPot restaurant opened in March at 7001 W. 135th St. in Corbin Park. It’s a hot pot and Korean barbecue restaurant, where servers bring out raw ingredients. Customers can order platters of sliced meat, like prime brisket or pork belly, noodles, veggies or seafood.
