Every so often Kansas City is hit with a fiesta convergence. 🎉💃 It happened again on Friday night when masses of people packed the streets of the Crossroads Arts District for First Friday and at the Guadalupe Centers’ in the nearby West Side neighborhood for Cinco de Mayo.
