One of the worst things about the old terminals at Kansas City International Airport was the scant food options. Now, the 2-week-old $1.5 billion terminal brims with possibilities — more than 30 places to eat and drink, many with familiar Kansas City names. But now, the problem is choosing what to eat. There’s a light and flaky ham and swiss croissant at Bloom Baking Co. Smoked gouda mac and cheese at Brown & Loe. And, of course, barbecue — The Star’s Bob Cronkleton recommends the sliced brisket sandwich from Smoke ‘N Magic, which you can’t find anywhere else in KC. Head to the link in our bio to read more about the new KCI terminal’s food options — and what we recommend. #KCIAirport #KansasCity #KCFoodies #KCRestaurants #KCI
