Flights will begin arriving and departing at Kansas City International Airport’s new single terminal at the end of February, city officials announced Monday. The airport will officially open the new $1.5 billion single terminal the morning of Feb. 28, Mayor Quinton Lucas said during a news conference in KCI’s massive new ticketing hall.
