Caramel Apple Pops 🍏 the best sweet and salty combo, and so easy to make for an after-dinner treat!
Ingredients:
3 Green apples
1 bag Ghirardelli chocolate melting wafers
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
10 Whether’s chewy caramels
Sea salt (optional)
Melt the chocolate in a large cup according to the package directions.
2. Cut the apples into thick slices and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Insert a skewer into each apple slice, then dip into the melted chocolate.
4. Add the chopped pecans, then allow the set in the fridge.
5. Melt the caramels in the microwave for 30 seconds, then drizzle on top of the apples and sprinkle on the sea salt.
