no words to describe what running my last collegiate races meant to me. this program has changed my life over the past 4 years in so many ways & i can’t thank the people, coaches & fans enough for what they’ve done for me finishing my career as a 10x all american & a long list of accolades i hope to keep adding to u.s. olympic trials up next so you’ll get to see lil j in a duck uniform one last time 🫂
