Yes it’s true and in this case, the client (A manufacturing Company) needed private stores for their departments and had this dilapidated warehouse that hadn’t been used for years. Great idea 💡 Solution: We stripped the roofing systems and replaced with new ones, did concrete flooring to avoid leakages from the drain outside into the space, changed the lighting systems, made good the walls, added extractor fans, replaced the security doors and then painted the walls.
