Definitely not for the squeamish! Mr. Jimenez's Anatomy class finished their cardiovascular section and used the pig heart for anatomical structures. The whole pig was used for the class to see and identify all major organs starting with skin, muscles, then the other organs. #palmaschool #palmaSTEM
