It’s safe to say @michigancentraldetroit threw the concert of the year. Maybe even the decade. @dianaross, @officialjackwhite, Big Sean, @eminem, @thelegendaryclarksisters, @skyjetta, @officialslumvillage, @fantasia, and @marajvirtuoso_, @detroitsymphony, and more all on the same stage!? Like, what!? For free? Just in the city? Absolutely one of the most bananas things I’ve ever seen. For my music drop this week I did something VERY different. I mashed up two of my all time favorite songs. Seven Nation Army by @thewhitestripes and Blessings by Big Sean. A very different tool set than the music muscle I’ve been using. But hey, to create a score for something this insane, it was worth the stretch. Shout out to Michigan Central for inviting me to this thing.
