Today’s summer spotlight is on Zach Perie!! ☕️ He’s been working remotely for the duration of his internship. “This summer I’m completing my third internship, this time with a political consultant based in West Virginia researching best messaging practices for progressive policies in the state to be used by non-profit organizations. I’m also working part time at Donkey Coffee in Athens, applying for a research fellowship with the Center for Black, Brown, and Queer studies, and taking an online class focused on developing personal narratives. I’m taking advantage of whatever free time I have to work on my application for the US Student Fulbright Program in South Korea to teach there for a year after graduating from Ohio University. 😁😁😁😁” Thank you so much for sharing, Zach! #WhyWeSAB #SummerSpotlights
