A New York woman is suing #ColdStoneCreamery for not using real pistachio nuts in their pistachio #IceCream. The company uses "pistachio flavor," a mix of water, artificial and natural flavorings, as well as a mix of yellow and blue food dye. The suit also takes issue with Cold Stone's butter pecan ice cream flavor. #TODAYShow
