The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed American quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa, the younger brother of Miami Dolphins’ quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, to their practice roster. The 24-year-old most recently attended rookie minicamp with the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals, though he wasn’t signed by either team. The five-foot-eleven, 200-pound passer played 41 collegiate games over four seasons at the University of Maryland where he completed 67.1 percent of his pass attempts for 11,256 yards, 76 touchdowns, and 37 interceptions.
