I think the way we played was a good showing of the way we want to play. Our captain Talie Lyon had a great defensive display, in the back making important tackles and dealing with their speed, she was also crucial in starting our attack. Emma Noheimer was an engine in the midfield for us and was a great ball winner as well as really important in our link up play to the front. Alyssa Hebb took her chance in front of goal after a great cutback ball from defender Bianca Donofrio. Proud of the group, and to get a result in our first game.“
