#onthisday 11 years ago I took my FIRST steps on the Olympic stage in the prelim round of the 400 hurdles in Beijing, China! I was the youngest member of teamusa Track & Field Olympic Team, only a sophomore in college, coach-less in China and scared SH*TLESS! 😩😂 Fast forward to 2019 as I prepare for RACE DAY tomorrow at the #BirminghamDL I’m in awe of how blessed I am to be able to still be out here doing my thang on World stages! 🗣TO THIS DAY!
