I don’t get many offers, honestly they’re flattering but it’s not necessarily my thing. I received a message from a brand the other day after a post I made. The thing is, I don’t shop there. Never have and probably never will, and it doesn’t have anything to do with the brand, it’s just not my style… Athletes, as you venture into the #nil space, receiving an offer and opportunity is exciting but does the brand align with you? It’s ok to say no… This brand isn’t a fit for me just like I’m not a fit for them. Neither one of us would be represented well… When that brand comes to you that is a fit, you, the brand and your people will all benefit significantly more… It’s OK to pass… #authenticity #ncaa #playerdevelopment #nacda
