Photo dump from days 4-5 of my time in Palestine with the @ipmn_pcusa Solidarity with the Suffering Delegation. The schedule is super packed but we had a little bit of a break on Sunday. 📸 1 house that was just demolished three days ago and yet the owner welcomed us in to tell the story. 📸 2 can you imagine, in the middle of the night your home is demolished. The owner is a community leader so was clearly targeted. 📸 3 another shot of the demolished house. You can just see the kitchen through the hole in the debris 📸 4 We had a quick time to wander around the old city. You can feel the desperation of the shopkeepers and there is a weightiness to the whole area. 📸 5 Catholic mass in Arabic at St. Catherine's.
