Last night I hit [PAUSE] on Twitter. While this is hardly earth-shattering news, as one who has been engaging with folks on this platform for over 15 years, this is the end of a significant season for me personally and professionally. Overall, my time on Twitter has been overwhelmingly positive. Sure, there were more than a few terrible and disturbing interactions, but friends were made, community was built, belonging was experienced, and I am better for the time spent with you all in this Blue Bird experience. Sadly, like so many others have been experiencing, over the past months, the platform and interaction have not been the same for me. Twitter has certainly changed over the years, and up until now, I have always accepted the challenge to find ways to adapt so time spent there would still be meaningful.
