If you have ever received conflicting messages about who you are supposed to be and how you are supposed to move through the world, you are not alone. It seems every day, as I scroll through my social feeds, too many times I find myself comparing myself to others. True confessions, I either judge myself as not as worthy or good enough or, worse, I judge others to be less than and not as good as me.
Terrible.
While I am spending my time in SoCal as the part-time Bridge Pastor at FCUPC I am reconnecting with friends who live in the southern part of the great state of California, taking daily walks (w/IG Live of course), working out a little bit more, finishing the book, dreaming with some collaborators, and always pacing my energy.
At the end of they, on more days than not, and more days than I allowed myself before, I have been able to say, "I have been and done enough."
