But In a world where destruction seems to rule the airwaves and newsfeed, it is crucial that we name and notice places of life and living. If we fail to see life around us when simultaneously confronting death that is trying to overcome us, we will become even more of a people for whom hope and resurrections are nothing more than intellectual whimsy. Choosing to believe that even out of times of death and despair, lives of hope and life are, not only possible, but promised to us by God.
