The constant barrage of these messages is insidious so we must be careful in how we offer praise or critique; helping them to hold in harmony both confidence and humility. In the compliments and the critiques, they must embrace that which will help them grow into who God intends, and let go of that which will tear them down. Knowing which is never easy, but it must be done in order to grow as a person.
