We had a showdown last night in Vancouver Competitive as two of the league’s youngest squads in Tuff Crowd and Clover City battled it out! Clover City’s @kianteknight24 was a force to be reckoned with, dropping 23 points and snagging 7 boards. Over on Tuff Crowd, it was a team effort with @wantmore_3 (15 pts), @_yurdanrozumnyj (17 pts), and @burtbobbybishh (14 pts) all scoring in double figures. One of the most memorable moments came from a Clover City player trying his best Kobe Bryant impression, getting trapped then throwing the ball off the glass, chasing his own shot, and scoring an easy layup. Nobody in the gym could believe what they saw 🤣 The game was neck-and-neck, with neither team able to pull away. In the final three minutes, Clover City up 3, TC turned up and scored 14 unanswered points to get the win 65-54. They are now tied for 2nd (Ball So Hard x Jrue Grit) with 1 game left tonight before heading into playoffs next week. - 📸 @z__roll
