Okay, I didn't actually run a marathon, but after a hard two workout session at
@otfsilvercreek , two days later apparently, my body thought I did. This is good news as we are now pretty sure what's going on and that it's NOT my heart or brain.
After multiple blood tests, heart tests, and physical exertion experiments, where we landed is that my body is now hypersensitive to physical activity. After strenuous activity it is not recovering as it should and I continue to be constantly achy and experiencing numbness in my limbs. This diagnosis is not a surprise and what we intuited was happening, but now we have some data, both in tracking my activity and lab tests.
So what does this mean? Well, as I have been doing, this means ongoing conversations with my body, both in its comfort and its restlessness. It does not mean that I stop exercising, but now only 1-3 times a week with low activity in between. ...
