As we turn to the Year of the Tiger, I am reminded again of the deep grief I still hold from the loss of my Grandmother just over a year ago. Grandpa died just over a decade ago, but it with the death of our matriarch that this chapter of our family life is over. While it makes my heart ache that our large family gatherings are no more, I remain hopeful and will hold the good memories until/if we gather again. In any case, this season will never be the same.
