During a meeting I was asked what is bringing my soul joy. Like many folks I found some new hobbies during the pandemic. Yes, I went through a sourdough phase, we bought an air fryer, and we now have a treadmill in the garage. Yes, basic, but not ashamed. One thing that has stuck is my new love of houseplants. As you can tell, there are a variety of looks, some are thriving and some are looking sad. I am not an expert and this is not a gateway to gardening, but it's bringing me joy. In every room, we now have plants: succulents, airplants, ones that are easy, and others that are barely hanging on to life. I am particularly fond of my avocado plants. And yes, I talk to them pretty much every day. There are more not pictured and even more in my office a church.
