As college drop off weekend approached and the tears started to announce their arrival, @robin_pugh and I have put on repeat, "Maybe if we don't talk about it, it won't happen." Well, apparently our powers of avoidance are not all that effective — this weekend we dropped Youngest off at @PitzerCollege and her adventure has begun. Our hearts are bursting with pride and love for the person she has become. Our souls are filled with excitement and anticipation for the possibilities that will unfold before her. And the tears are flowing on behalf of generations past and her community today as this bittersweet transition and transformation is made real. ❤️✊🏽🎉 And to our dear A.
