There is a lot of stress and anxiety out there. Systems are holding a lot. People are holding a lot. I know that I'm holding a lot. Extend grace. Receive grace. Remember to breathe. --------------- Seriously people, let's all just take a breath. I know I've been cranky, others have been cranky, and we are all simply trying to move into what's next. You remember all of the generosity of Spirit that we have been extending to one another over the past year-plus? Let's keep doing that. As things start to open up, I am acutely aware of the extra stress held by those tasked with tending to communities: teachers, public servants, healthcare workers, and pastors.
