Today my vaccination becomes fully effective, but in public I'll still wear a mask — not as much for personal health, but for the comfort of those around me and health of the community. I know it suuuuuuucks and I HATE wearing my mask, but unlike how I prefer the world to revolve, it's not around or about me. Seriously, with variants increasing and more people choosing not to be vaccinated, what's a little inconvenience to participate in the world moving towards a little more normal? Additional, I know that seeing people without masks raises the anxieties if those around me. When I'm walking outside, I often demask, but when someone approaches, I either cross the street and/mask up again. Sure, the odds of transmission are low, but, when we know that you are impacting the comfort of others, why be a jerk on purpose. At some point, we'll get the herd immunity all clear, but until then I'm keep truing to honor the lives of others over mine and I'll #StayMasked. #WearAMask #COVID19 #C...
