As more and more folks get COVID vaccinated, there is going to be an uncontrollable urge to hug your loved ones. I get it. I'm a hugger and I miss it. What I have learned though, is that while some desperately miss this kind of interaction, for many this cultural and societal pressure to hug and allow oneself to be hugged is overwhelming and traumatizing.
