Some of you know that I have always battled weight, high blood pressure, and borderline diabetes. I've tried lots of diets, exercised sporadically, and
#COVID19 has not been my friend. I have found myself starting to feel more sluggish and decided that one act of resistance to the fog of life was going to be to reclaim my health.
A couple of weeks ago I jumped on the
@noom train and am really enjoying it. I have never counted calories like this and it seems to fit my personality (Not sure if that is good or bad.) The psychology, while not mind-blowing, is interesting and has helped me to think a bit more.
I've definitely been eating healthier and continuing my walking discipline. I also have run a bit *shocker* *gasp* — and I still hate running. A couple of weeks in and I have lost seven pounds and will see the 180s for the first time in a couple of years. Surprise, surprise, healthy eating, and exercise works.
