Dill has a multitude of benefits:
- It is a natural bug repellent for cabbage moths and spider mites.
- It contains anti-Inflammatory Antioxidants.
- It acts as a laxative and can aid in digestion.
- It lowers cholesterol and reduces low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol.
- It can lower blood glucose (blood sugar) and help regulate Diabetes.
