forest bathing has been shown to reduce stress, improve creativity, and elevate mood. I have bipolar disorder and ocd, and spending quiet time in nature helps me manage my symptoms. In fact, when I visit my parents’ house in the country, my ocd symptoms are much less severe than at my own apartment in the city. I can’t wait to live in the countryside again one day 🌳
