spending time in nature is one of the best things possible for my mental health, outside of avenues like medication and therapy. being outside makes me feel calm and regulated, it lifts my mood, and it reminds me to slow down amidst the fast-paced environment of city life. it’s hard to find pockets of nature in my area, but I always feel better after I do. I can’t wait to have my own home in the woods someday.🌿#naturebathing
