Even after 16+ years of photographing hundreds of couples and weddings, I still surprise myself when I get a new “challenge” like doing a completely Halal engagement shoot with a couple!✨ Instead of defaulting to my normal couple poses of holding hands, hugging and embracing one another, I decided to get a little creative with more editorial style poses that could still show the genuine love and connection but without physical touch❤️ Many photographers would probably freeze in this situation or not know what to do when asked to make an engagement shoot more halal friendly…but understanding your clients’ requests and making sure to respect their wishes is 🔑 to establishing a good working relationship with your client so they can trust you as a wedding vendor❤️ It’s all about rising up to the challenge and having fun with it in my opinion!💫 Thank you so much _simplymayesha for choosing me to document this special memory for you and Asim!
