I got pretty emotional walking through the doors of the @michigancentraldetroit as I check out the new renovations. On my walk to these doors with six years ago when it was still abandoned. Broken glass, concrete and plaster fallen from the walls. This building represents our city in more ways than one. Many thoughts to tear this down and demolish it. Forget the history of it and never give it a chance. just like Detroit . Don’t give up on us, we are stronger than you think we are and we’re coming back stronger than ever. - - * it opened June 6.
