Sugar gliders can make amazing pets and bond closely with their human families if given the specific care, enrichment, and socialization they require. They are very social and affectionate animal and are more happy in group this is why I have 2 of them. You have to provide them the right environment and the space to provide a large enough enclosure. It takes a lot of time if you want them to be close to you and happy and there’s lot of things to know about their lifestyle, nocturnal time etc that YOU HAVE TO RESPECT for their well-being. They live up to 12-15 years so don’t take sugar gliders as pet if you’re not responsible and can’t give them enough time, attention and space in your house.
