Karl Kolb, Managing Principal of Coffman's Spokane office, has been appointed to the Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) – Project Review Committee (PRC) as a representative from the Engineering Design Industry. According to the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services, the CPARB was created to review alternative public works contracting procedures and provide guidance to state policymakers on ways to further enhance the quality, efficiency, and accountability of public works contracting methods.
