We’re excited to announce that Coffman has hired former WSDOT Bridge Preservation Engineer, Harvey Coffman, PE, SE, to help launch one of our newest endeavors, bridge engineering. As the Bridge Preservation Engineer, Harvey directed the statewide Bridge Preservation Program by developing and implementing strategies, policies and programs for the preservation and risk reduction of 7,253 bridges and other major transportation structures in Washington State.
