This week, we’ve had the pleasure of watching the wonders of Leafcutter Bees as these two native bee houses started making nests in Butterfly Pavilion’s  Perennial Garden! These leafcutters can be identified by the pollen baskets located on their bellies! Though they certainly are busy, these native bees are not aggressive and can be enjoyed from a distance.
