This weekend we restarted our U19 program after 10+ years of inactivity, and it has been a resounding success! Quins U19 represented the Mahoning Valley region at the Ohio Rugby Regional Selects tournament, playing against the best players from the greater Ohio area. 🟥🟦 First game was a tough loss to Western Reserve Selects, but the boys were able to get some chemistry going and defeat Black Swamp Selects in a physical contest! Dylan Deasy earned a brace on the first match, and Declan Cringle along with Kyran Rautenbach helped the boys to their first victory. 🟥🟦 The tournament was successful for the Quins but also for Rugby Ohio. Previously, Mahoning Valley had not scored a try and did not participate the year prior. This year, the boys scored 5 and won one game for the region!
