Being away from home and family has been difficult for Sean, a chef who has had a lengthy hospital stay as a result of a complex medical circumstance. To help lift his spirits, Sean worked with #BrynMawrHospital’s palliative care team to plan a ‘date night’ for him and his wife, Jamie. The team transformed the patient lounge to allow for private dining, arranged for a four-course gourmet meal to be delivered, and Sean picked out a bouquet for his wife at the hospital’s gift shop. It was a beautiful night for Sean and Jamie, and a special evening for our team to witness, as well. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of this moment, Sean.
