7 years ago I stepped foot on the Cornell campus for the first time. For someone whose whole life has revolved around a dream of playing for Team Canada, I didn’t realize at the time what going to this school would mean to me; and that playing for and attending Cornell University would become the thing that I am most proud of. Thank you to my family, my coaches, Dane, Louise, Katy, my teammates, my professors, my advisors, the Lynah Faithful, my mentors, my friends, and so many more. I have been challenged in more ways than I thought possible over my time on the hill, and I graduate as a better person, a better leader, and a better athlete. Specifically to our team this year, thank you for a dream season that was unfortunately cut short; 25 women who genuinely enjoyed pushing themselves to their limit every single day, and celebrating every little success - from stepping on the ice for practice, to the good chicken at pre-game meal. You mad...
