Super quick meditation tip šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Daily meditation practice improves learning, memory, anxiety, depression, sleep, aging, attention span and more :) 1 thing that really helps me clear my mind right as i’m starting to meditate is doing 3 physiological sighs. 🫁 A physiological sigh is 2 inhales followed by an exhale/sigh. The first inhale should be longer/deeper than the second inhale. Then exhale with a sigh. I have a video on my page already demonstrating how you do it!
