Super quick meditation tip š§āāļø Daily meditation practice improves learning, memory, anxiety, depression, sleep, aging, attention span and more :) 1 thing that really helps me clear my mind right as iām starting to meditate is doing 3 physiological sighs. š« A physiological sigh is 2 inhales followed by an exhale/sigh.
